#The first match wins. If the user agent contains something like
#(compatible; REAL BROWSER NAME HERE) then the real browser name
#is automatically extracted -- you do not need to worry about this.
#
#VERY IMPORTANT: write spaces in patterns as a '?' to avoid ending
#the pattern prematurely!

Description
The Top User Agents Report: Patterns (useragentgroups) option is used to indicate that
all agents matching a particular
pattern should be reported as the same browser name in the
Chart Top Web Browsers (useragents) report.
Each entry in the useragentgroups
option contains a pattern or
regular expression
and a title for that pattern. See the Patterns and Regular Expressions
section for more information.
The three patterns shown above match all references
to each of several different popular web browsers.
Each character of each user agent name
is matched against each pattern in the list.
An * in a pattern
matches any number of characters in a document name. A ?
in a pattern matches any one character.
Patterns have additional features, including support for regular expressions; for more information,
see the Patterns and Regular Expressions
section.
