| Double Struck. Lightly cleaned with bright silver surfaces. On the obverse, LIBE are visible within the cap above RTY. Bottom edge of the lowest hair curl from the first strike grazes the top of the digit 8. To add a little intrigue, the reverse die is rotated about 30° counter clockwise.
