Planchet lamination. Very minor lamination at IC. Sharply struck and with nearly complete lustre. Dark heather and iridescent toning.

This appears to be intermediate between O-108 and O-108a. The final A has its top partially filled and a die chip partially fills the area just above lower right serif.
