Double Struck with obverse brockage. Light gray surfaces with numerous minor scratches and abrasions. The reverse is dramatically doubled with two eagles, UNUM from one strike at URIB of the other, and additional doubling. The two strikes were rotated about 45° from each other. Russ Logan described this as "double struck with obverse brockage," however, we feel that an appropriate description is "double struck reverse." Regardless of the presence of an additional brockage strike, this is an extremely important numismatic item.
