| Triple Struck with reverse brockage. This description per Russ Logan's notes. Pale gray fields with lighter gray devices. A few very minor hairline scratches and other imperfections are noted. Both obverse and reverse are doubled, especially visible among the date and stars on the obverse, and at the scroll and peripheral letters on the reverse. We cannot find any actual evidence of the reverse brockage portion of this error coin. Early die state without die cracks. Purchased April 14, 1992 from Stewart Witham. |
