Light silvery gray surfaces with splashes of peripheral iridescence.
Early die state with only a short horizontal die crack on the obverse through the upper curl. The reverse has a faint die crack at tops of UNITED ST. No other die cracks are visible. Both dies have very heavy clash marks.
