Second use of the obverse die after JR-8 and second use of the reverse die after JR-7.

The obverse has a short crack from the border to left base of digit 1 and a bulge through stars 1, 2, and 3. The reverse has a weak crack from the border to right side of C in AMERICA, closing this letter. A tiny die chip starts to fill the right angle of N in UNITED.
