Mis-aligned Dies and Partial Collar. Pleasing light gray surfaces. This is an extremely important double error. The obverse die is 6% off-center at 4:00 while the reverse is properly centered. This coin was also struck with a partial collar. Half of the edge toward the reverse is reeded with the other half plain. This type of error is sometimes called a railroad rim.
