Although this variety is not a major rarity, few higher grade examples have been recorded. This is one of only two Mint State examples reported in the Census.

This variety represents the second use of obverse 6 and the first use of reverse H. Prominent obverse clash marks. The obverse has several very faint die cracks from peripheral devices to the border. Perfect reverse. The emission sequence for reverse H is 1829 LM-14, 1829 LM-15.1, 1830 LM-2, 1829 LM-15.2, and 1830 LM-3.
