A delightful example with natural grayish brown fields and lighter devices. Although slightly weak along parts of the borders, both obverse and reverse have strong central details. The surfaces, while not perfect, are quite choice for the grade. This is considered a common die marriage.

Both obverse and reverse dies were used solely for this die marriage. This is a late die state with prominent rim break over TY and star 9 at upper right. There is no evidence of reverse die cracks.
