I'm sure this is the one being turned into a car for the land speed record. Supposedly, it was the 104 that Chuck Yeager flew.

That's a sad pic. The StarFighter was always one of my old favs. I read they had to keep a leading edge protector on the wing when on the ground due to its extreme airfoil.
