Actually F-105's were built in the mid-late 50's. However, the wings of the MiG have 3 air fences which is one of the identifying characteristics of the Mig-17. Another is that the gun camera footage is in color agin putting it in the Vietnam era. Gun camera footage from Korea is black & white.
