Age old problems with Cessnas...they all look so similar and most have fixed gear, but some have that extra handle for the retractable gear and it needs to be DOWN prior to touchdown...checklists typically work!

How do you know you landed gear up?
It takes full throttle to taxi.

Lowrider Cessna!
And people ask why I continue to fly fixed gear aircraft! When the tower calls for gear, I always respond "Down and Welded!"

Shortly after they invented retractable landing gear, they invented extendable landing gear, mainly for noise abatement.

Pilot on cloud nine = plane flat out on tarmac. One of the easiest accidents to avoid. "Ever since I started flying retractables, I made a habit of always checking the gear on final. If there's no gear handle, you're in a fixed gear."

Fred? Yeah Bob? It is a well known fact that when it takes fulll power to taxi to the terminal, you have forgotten to lower your landing gear.
