Just for the record, it's not a very good idea to take pictures of a FLYING AIRCRAFT from this angle...

Just for the record, it's an F-22, and it's HOVERING.

Correction - it's the F-35, aka the Joint Strike Fighter or JSF, and it's HOVERING.

stupid people should need a license to talk
It's an F-35.. specifically the marine corps variant jackass. THE F-22 can't hover... hell I'm pretty sure it can't even come close to stol.

Not only is it an F-35 (or X-35) hovering for vertical takeoff/landing, it says JSF in the caption, as in Joint-Strike-Fighter, Dumbass

Cam is right and to those who say it's an F-22 the cockpit is wider on the F-35.
To Zero: Love that game!

Apostrophe
Clarification; it's the F-35B: the Marine Corps variant. The only one with this feature.
The A variant is the base model, and the C variant is for the Navy, which has a larger wingspan and sturdier gear for carrier landings.
