So let me get this straight, the group mecs didn't even look at this plane for like, what, a month, i mean it takes a while for that many bees to form up in one place, thats crazy, but ya, just start up those engines and problem solved.

Looks like it's fresh out of the factory, the tail hook hasn't even been used yet...

Funny, If you knew a damn thing about carrier based aircraft you would know that the tail hook is changed routinely, and if the aircraft is shore based, the hook may not be used for weeks, or months. The bees want shade, and cool metal surface.

    Tail Hookey
Funny, if you knew a damn thing about carrier based aircraft you would see that the exhausts are sootless, there's no gunk on the belly or the gear, and the skin isn't wrinkled. Bite me.

Soot nozzles (insides). Hook (painted area) dirty, but new shoe. No gunk on belly (washrack). Note aft drain (above the hook shoe). What's that crap on mainmount sidebraces? Bottom doesn't have at least a couple wrinkles? She's got at least a few hours under her belt. Get a clue, Tail Hookey.

    1 Parachute
This actually happened to our sister squadron VMFA-115 in 1993 at MCAS Beaufort. The bees were not nesting, but looking for a new home, and yes 115 is not a carrier based squadron, yall get a life real photo.
