Dude! Thats a snapshot out of my video! Funny how it turns up on some pic site. :P Its a lure duck with a big sp600 motor and a 6cell NiMH pack. Creates one hell of a bowl wave, and when you kick the throttle twice, it hops up and starts planing like a rocket.
