I'd like to keep the Tiger untill Jan 15 or so, as the Lancair isn't quite done but should be by that time. So that would mean the best offer by Jan 15 will take it. There were two AGACs that went for more than $100k recently, and then the Tiger sub, so I'm hoping that's a fair price.
